Alcos is a great skater. He is mobile from the back end and uses that mobility to create chances. He will make a stretch pass to a teammate or carry the puck himself. He can also handle himself in defensive situations, proving trustworthy to keep the puck out of the net. Alcos may need to add a bit to his offensive game, but he has the foundation to be a defensive defenseman.
