Suchanek missed the entire season recovering from surgery to repair a ruptured ACL. The previous season, Suchanek moved to the professional ranks, and aside from an eight-game pitstop in the ECHL, he went 14-10-5 with a 2.92 GAA, .910 save percentage in 29 games with San Diego in the AHL. Hopefully, the young netminder has rested and recovered and is hungry to grab the crease in training camp in the fall.
